We are pleased to inform you that Piotr Synowiec, PhD, participated in the International Expo of Industrial Processing, Technology, and Exploitation STOM in Kielce on March 26-27, 2025. Furthermore, Dr. Synowiec actively took part in the conference titled "Metrology for Defense", organized by the Polish Metrology Union and the Central Office of Measures, which was held as part of the event. The conference provided a valuable opportunity to exchange knowledge and experience in the key area of metrology in the context of the defense industry. Moreover, Dr. Synowiec also attended the seminar "Industry 4.0 – Applications of Industrial Automation in Hydraulics and Pneumatics", which took place during the STOM Expo.

During the meeting, representatives of the Polish Metrology Union and the metrology cluster presented Wrocław University of Science and Technology with an invitation to join both initiatives. Additionally, a promising contact was established with the Naval Academy in Gdynia to discuss a potential exchange of teaching experiences in the broadly understood field of metrology.
